EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a process that utilizes your body's energy system to unblock any type of emotion that may have gotten in the way to you living a successful, abundant, and happy life! I've been using this technique for awhile and it's alievated many emotions that was once a highly charged subject matter for me. They even have a nice set of DVDs (optional purchase) that shows exactly how to do the tapping and actual cases of it working for people who had traumatic fears and anxieties.

Creating Abundance with EFT

Getting rid of the emotional blocks with EFT is amazing but what I like even more is tapping in abundances with EFT! Once you tap out the negative thought patterns, you can tap into that space an abundant positive affirmation. This method makes total sense to me and I really have enjoy attracting this spin on the traditional methods of EFT. IT WORKS GREAT!

I came across this miraculous book by Carol Look that go through tapping sequences for Abundance! You can read some reviews from people on this book at the above link. If you're unsure what to say for your EFT tapping setup statements, this is a great book! Everyday I thumb through it and read the issues and intuitively pick out the issues I feel can be unblocked and do my tapping sequences. Some days I feel so fine that I will just go through the book and tap in only the positive statements. The author even have an ebook version of it. You can get either versions but the reviews are nice to read to get a feel for what the book is about. I'm really curious about her new eyesight eft book, I may get that soon!

Carol Look also has fabulous information on her websites and she does a radio show that is a delight to listen to. On her site, the radio shows are archived so you can download and hear at your leisure! I've listened to many hours of her radio program and she comes across very insightful and articulate with a happiness in her voice! I've gotten a lot out of the information she and her guests have provided so take a listen, it's all free!

I was referred to some really good tapping audio recently and I had an opportunity to listen in on some teleseminar audio recordings that really impressed me with the scope of tapping this guy does. Brad Yates is a true EFT Master with the ease and flow AND EFFECTIVENESS of how he delivers the tapping statements! His light hearted mannerism with tapping in alternating positive and negative statements through a lengthier series of taps really gets you buzzing afterwards! You'll feel lighter, freer, and happier. The buzz I'm referring to is that positively charged energy you'll be radiating from following along with his EFT tapping techniques.
